A Christmas Break – Wednesday Wisdom 9

A Christmas Break – Wednesday Wisdom 9

It’s safe to say that I’ve worked exceedingly hard on this blog over the last eight months and I’m extremely proud of how well I’ve done. I’ve built it up from nothing to quite a good following and I’ve made some great online friends as a result. You all know who you are.

We are now just a few days away from Christmas and a big part of the blogging world is beginning to wind down and many people are taking well-earned breaks over the Christmas period. I have decided to do the same.

This will be my last post before Christmas – and possibly this year. I’m undecided as yet. Inspiration may hit prior to Big Ben’s chimes but for the next week or so at least, this is me done.

I finish work for Christmas on Thursday and I don’t go back until January. I’m really looking forward to spending some quality time with my Little Man and my husband. It will be nice to know that I have nothing else to think about during that time.  I will still be on social media, this is me we’re talking about. But my blog will take a back seat for a few days.

Christmas is such a special time and I want to concentrate fully on making it as special as I can for my Little Man. Presence over presents and all that.

So quite simply, this week’s Wednesday Wisdom is this…

“I’m taking a break… my life and my loves need me.”

Thank you to each and every one of you that has taken the time to read my blog, leave me comments and share my posts over the course of this year. I am so grateful. I’m excited for 2017 and can’t wait to see what it holds for me.

So for now I’d like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a really bloody brilliant New Year.

Jaki xx

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year
