Don't Forget Your Worth - Wednesday Wisdom 7

Is there a nicer feeling than to feel valued? Is there anything nicer than getting up in the morning knowing that wherever you may be going that day, that someone will appreciate you? Someone will be pleased to see you? Pleased to spend time with you? Pleased to work with you, or pleased that you work for them?

As previously discussed on Wednesday Wisdom, there are a lot of people that may make you devalue yourself. It’s a sad fact that there are people in this world that get a kick out of making people feel bad about themselves or uncomfortable in their own skin. People’s attitudes and comments can make us feel that we are somehow not worthy. Well listen up folks.

That is not true.

There will always be someone out there who you are everything to. If not right this second then someday. Whether your importance is on a personal level within your family. On a professional level in your job. Or even if it’s yourself. You are important and you need to know your worth.

“You might feel worthless to one person , but you are priceless to another. Don’t ever forget your worth. Spend time with those who value you.”

If you have been subjected to feeling negative due to someone else not caring, move on from them. Gravitate towards the people who do value you. Even if that means focusing on yourself instead of others. We do not need negative people in our lives – they are not worthy of us.

I was lucky last week to feel really valued. This in turn inspired me to include this quote in this week’s Wednesday Wisdom. If you are feeling in anyway undervalued this week, I hope it helps you know your worth.

See you next week.

So true. There’s only one thing finer than a job well done. Someone telling you “well done” for a job well done.

It is so true – there are some people who devalue us, want us to feel small. It’s good to recognize that & not let it happen. It’s definitely important to be valued & we have to start by valuing ourselves. Thanks so much for sharing with us at #candidcuddles
