Bidvine Searching For Local Professionals

Whether it’s a birthday party you’re planning, or a wedding, or any other kind of event where you need a professional, it can be a bit of a pain in the bum when you have to spend your time searching the internet for companies, getting in touch with them, finding how much they will cost and so on and so on. You know what I’m talking about.

I was recently introduced to a website called Bidvine. Bidvine are a website that helps you find exactly what you are looking for, within your price range with just a few clicks. Seriously, it’s that simple!

Bidvine Finding a local professional

You may have read a previous post of mine where we had some lovely family photos taken. I was interested in getting some more done, not only for ourselves but for the possibility of some great Christmas presents for family. So I decided to see if there was any photographers available in my area for a reasonable price.

All I had to do was select the service I needed, tell them my location and the price I was prepared to pay. That was it – I didn’t even have to create an account, I had the option to register with my Facebook account.

It’s well worth bearing in mind that I submitted my request at 4.30pm on a Sunday afternoon. Well by 8.00pm that very same night I had three quotes waiting for me in my inbox. Now if that’s not impressive for a Sunday, I don’t know what is!

It’s not just photography, you can literally find anything on this site. From tradespeople for an urgent repair job, to tutors for something you may wish to learn, to professionals to help with your wedding. Everything is here.

I only wish I had access to this when I planned my wedding – it would have made the whole thing far easier and far less stressful.

I like the principle of this but do worry that people are pitching for work they won’t ever get awarded. It definitely seems quick and service orientated though, which is never a bad thing. Thanks for sharing with #PoCoLo

They do have to sign up to the site to get the Enquiries so I’m sure they must be aware of how it works. Always interesting to hear of new website concepts. Thanks 🙂
