I’ve never been one to big myself up before. I sit here and write this little blog because it’s something that I love to do. But this year I feel I might just be in a better position to do this whole plugging for nominations thing – starting with BiBs 2017!
Just this last week it was announced that nominations have opened for the BiBs Awards – also know as Brilliance In Blogging. I’m blushing at the thought that I’m even asking people to consider putting my name forward, but I figure I have absolutely nothing to lose, so here we are.
On perusing the categories, I feel I best fit Family & Lifestyle – that is what this blog is all about anyway. I certainly don’t feel I sugarcoat the parenting topics I cover. I try to be very real with all of the posts I write, especially the personal ones. If you agree, and would like to nominate me, I will love you forever!

I stopped doing nominations a few years ago as i realised it was mainly a popularity vote. i did get shortlisted for a Bibs in 2012, but failed to pimp myself out, i didn’t realise that was how it worked back then, so i remain neutral now, but i wish you well.
