We’ve all been there. Long journeys in the car with children can be a nightmare. You’re ten minutes into the journey and so begins the ‘are we nearly there yet?’. You heart sinks, you have two or three more hours to go if you’re lucky.
We are luckier now than when I was little because technology has come so far. Tablets were a non-existent thirty years ago (yes I’m really that old!) and we had to rely on travel games to keep ourselves occupied.
The problem I have had with using tablets in the car, id that if my little boy looks down at them for too long, he can get car sick. I’m sure he’s not alone in this and so to keep him facing forward is our priority. Cue the Kubo tablet seat back organiser.
This handy little accessory is perfect for a long drive. The little man can watch a film in the back without the fear of nausea creeping in. What I love about this organiser is that it can hold more than just a tablet. There are pockets for books, crayons, drinks and whatever else your small person may have chosen to take along for the journey.
The tablet compartment has a wipe-clean, transparent screen that you can still use with the tablet, so there is no need to keep removing it from the pouch.
It’s really easy to install and is simply attached to the back of the seat with two adjustable straps at the top and bottom which keep it firmly in place for the whole journey. When it’s not being used, the organiser can be folded flat and kept closed with hook and loop style fasteners. It’s small enough to be kept in the car so you don’t need to worry about remembering it for every journey, long or short.

I have 3 children and this would be amazing for our little break in Devon soon. Our car gets in such a mess on a long journey! And it would be so good to put a film on the kindle for them!

This would be great for my little boy. It would be a fantastic help for when we travel to relatives houses.
We’ve just started giving our daughter her tablet to play with in the car (otherwise she naps and ruins bedtime!) But she presses buttons and turns her programmes off then can’t get them back on. This would solve that as she can’t reach the seat in front from her chair atm, genius idea!
