Forza Raspberry K2 Supplements – The Results…

1 August 2016 3 min read

So it’s been well over a month now since I started taking the Forza Raspberry K2 supplements and as promised I have returned to give you my verdict.

Now I have to be honest – as I always am with my reviews. I was a little skeptical in the beginning. How could a little tablet popped twice a day really help me lose weight? For the first couple of days I was a bit of a nightmare and kept forgetting to take them, but I soon got into the habit – helped by me setting myself a reminder on my phone! I was determined to see if they could help lose those couple of extra pounds that I’d annoyingly put on, on holiday.

I decided to avoid the scales for a month to and just go with it. Obviously combined with sensible eating, I took the pills at the same time each day (where possible). I did have to drop the two pills in the morning down to one as I did feel like they gave me a bit too much of a caffeine rush – and for someone who doesn’t drink coffee, it’s a bit of a shock. This is perfectly okay though and it is advised to do this on the bottle, should you feel you need to. I did however, manage to increase it back to two, half way through the month – I guess my body was getting used to them.

As I mentioned, I avoided the scales and decided to go on how my clothes felt. I always think this is a much more motivational way to measure your progress. I didn’t notice anything immediately but I tried not to get disheartened. I did notice in the beginning a little bloatedness around lunchtime. I don’t think it was anything I was eating and of course it may well have been a coincidence, but it’s only fair that I mention it in case anyone else experiences the same. After all, all pills come with some side effects.

I felt like I had more energy after about a week of taking them – was this all in my head? I don’t know. It might have been but it could well have been that I did have more energy from the caffeine.

So. Did I lose weight? I know that’s what you’re wanting to know?

Well, yes actually. I did. 7lbs to be precise. Half a stone in a little under a month. Some may say that you could do that by cutting down on your calories – and yes you could, but I didn’t really. I carried on eating as normal. Sensibly, but not without the odd treat, including my weekly Chinese takeaway.

I lost just under a couple of inches off my waist and the legs of my jeans don’t feel as tight as they were. I feel comfortable again. And that’s a really nice feeling.

A sad empty bottle...!

I would say give them a go for sure. They may not be for everybody, but if you really want a little bit of extra help, then go for it. Be sure to let me know how you go.

Wow, great result! I’m going to give healthy eating a go for now but will bear these in mind if I’m not successful.

Interesting as I have read little evidence for these too. However, go you! You have lost weight, enjoyed your food and that’s all that matters. Thanks for sharing with #bestandworst x

Thanks & thanks for reading. I was dubious too, but something seemed to work… x

That’s a really interesting result in such a short time. I’ve often wondered if these things really worked, so thank you for your very honest account of them. #Bestandworst

Thanks. To be honest, I’ve lost an average of 2lb a week in the past when watching my food in the past. So it can be done, I guess something in these just helps it along.

Fab results! Whether they really work or its psychosomatic hardly seems to matter as long as they are having the desired effect 🙂 Diet pills aren’t something I’ve ever tried but I wouldn’t 100% rule them out either

I’ve seen these (or similar) advertised a lot. I admit, when I hear diet pills, it makes me turn off. So, it’s good to see a genuine review of a natural product! #bloggerclubuk

I know what you mean, it was intrigue more than anything, but something did seem to work & I’m not complaining at the result 🙂

7lbs is pretty awesome especially if you didn’t change what you were eating. I hate dieting so sounds ideal for me!x #FriYAYlinky

Ooh wow well done! These sound good. I tried some similar recently and had to stop after a week as they made me feel like I had morning sickness! These sound much better though. Thanks for linking up #friyaylinky xx
