So, make sure you’re clear on what you need before you ask for help.

You need to focus some extra time and energy into your business so customers don’t take their money elsewhere. If they have to spend time endlessly scrolling and clicking to find the page or product they want then they might get bored before parting with this money. Instead, add something simple like a search bar. That makes life easier for all involved.

You might want to work with a web designer or developer until you can get your head around how it all works, check reviews before deciding on which one to use.

What you could offer if you are an online only business is the option for your customers to buy now and pay later. These schemes are becoming popular due to the cost of living crisis and people not always having money when they need it the most.

If you have a physical business then you could have a system that accepts both cash and various cards. Look into the best device and company to handle these payments for you.
