Christmas Gift Guide 2016 For All The Family

Me? Write a Gift Guide? Are you kidding?!

This is so out of character it’s ridiculous. I am normally so unorganised with Christmas presents, writing a gift guide would most definitely not work. However this year, a Christmas miracle seems to have happened. As I sit here, on the last Sunday in November, I can happily say that I have finished my Christmas shopping. Yep. I have a smug grin on my face aswell!

So now that I’ve finished, I have the time to try and help you, if you’re not so fortunate as me, and if like me most other years, haven’t got the foggiest as to what to buy people. Let’s see if I can help!

For the fitness lovers

Aero X Home Suspension Trainer Kit*

The Aero X Home Pro Suspension Trainer Kit – Home Gym Full Body Fitness Workout + Door Anchorย is perfect for getting in a workout at home. It can be used inside and outside so is a great all year round gift idea. If at the end of a long day you don’t want to leave the house again to get to the gym, then there is no excuse not to get your calories burnt in the comfort of your own home or garden.

You can perform over 100 resistance band exercises with the endurance training straps and it’s suitable for all levels of fitness. It comes with an E-Book full of instructions and so is perfect for anyone who may want to get in shape. Oh, and there’s a lifetime guarantee aswell!

Foam Roller For Muscle Massage*

Gift Guide Foam Roller

Made by the same people who bring you the Suspension Trainer Kit, the Aero Sports Pro 2 in 1 Grid Textured and Smooth Foam Roller For Muscle Massage – High Density Roller for Myofascial Muscle Tension Release – FREE CARRY CASEย can be used for warm ups and cool downs. The deep tissue massage will help reduce muscle stiffness, remove lactic acid and eliminate muscle knots. This also comes with and E-Book and a lifetime guarantee.

My husband loves both of these products and says they are so useful on nights he just doesn’t want to go back out in the cold to go to the gym. He’s also looking forward to using them in the garden next Summer.

Both products are available on Amazon (also with Prime, so even better if you’re a member!)

Jungle Jam Book*

Gift Guide Jungle Jam BookGift Guide Jungle Jam Book

This adorable new book ‘Jungle Jam 2016‘ written by husband and wife team Louise and Noam Lederman, is a 32 page picture book with an educational music themed story. My little boy has a huge interest in music at the moment and I was really excited to read this to him. He really enjoyed it and we have read it several times together! It’s a rhyming book designed especially for young children as an introduction to musical instruments and sounds. He now wants to be in a band more than ever! It also shows children how working together as part a team is always best. It came with lovely little jigsaw puzzle and a fridge magnet which was equally as popular. You can buy the book from Amazon.
