Recently I was given the opportunity to trial some towels, sent to me by Deyongs. I am in the process of slowly updating my bathroom and was keen to take it in a white and grey direction. This seemed like the perfect opportunity to take Deyongs up on their offer – and who doesn’t love new, soft and fluffy towels?
Because you see that’s important to me. If there is one thing that I have to do, is to keep my towels soft. If this means my tumble drier has to be used, then so be it. Some towels are better at this than others and I was interested to see how the Deyongs brand would do.

The towels
I was excited to receive my towels. Upon opening them I found that I had a bath sheet, a hand towel and a face cloth and they were in the beautiful slate grey that I had requested. I noticed straight away how soft they were to the touch which is a winner straight away. However, the real test is upon washing them.
I always like to wash new towels before using them, just in case there is any fluff. There’s nothing worse than stepping out of the bath or shower to get fluffy bits of towel stuck to your wet skin! I washed the towels on a low heat and then tumble dried them – something I have always done with my towels.

Conclusion
I was pleasantly surprised by how well they dried. They were still super soft and you really couldn’t tell that they had been washed at all. I don’t think I have ever experienced that with new towels before. I gladly placed them in the bathroom ready to use them.
When I did use them they were a welcome softness against the skin and the absorbency was something I have never known before. They quickly dried after use which is always an added bonus. There is nothing worse than having to use a damp towel because it hasn’t dried in time for the next use.
The face cloth was just a great at the towels and felt very soft on the skin. I use a daily cleanser and it worked brilliantly at removing all traces of cleanser and makeup without being harsh on my already sensitive skin.
I was really pleased with the towels from Deyongs and would love to get some more so that my husband and son can also enjoy them.
