You hear about compensation claims all of the time. The ‘no win, no fee’ offers are all over the television and radio and sometimes it can really make you stop and think just how much you might be entitled to, if and when you ever needed to make a claim.
To give you an idea and some food for thought, Compare Compensation Claims have recently put together an infographic compiling some really interesting information. They have taken some of our favourite movie characters and their rather unfortunate situations and calculated how much compensation they could receive should they make a claim. It makes for really interesting and quite unbelievable reading.

I think the most surprising of all is the payout the burglars in Home Alone could have received. Breaking into the McAllisters and going through all of the mayhem resulting in, severe burns, deep cuts and facial fractures, to name but a few could have seen them receiving a massive £114,370 – there would be no need to burgle any more houses!

It’s not until you see it in black and white, that you realise that sometimes, it might just be worth that initial enquiry. Especially if you think you might be entitled to some form of compensation should you receive any kind of injury.
