I was happily scrolling through Twitter the other day when I stumbled across the trending hashtag #cupcakeweek. Of course I did a double take because like most people, I admit to be partial to the odd bit of cake! Who doesn’t love cupcakes?!
I wish I could say I was a whizz in the kitchen with them as well, but unfortunately the most adventurous I get with making cupcakes are the sort you get in the boxes! Yes. I am that Mum.
Let’s just say, seeing #cupcakeweek in all it’s glory, all over Twitter, inspired me. I knew some of my fellow, more able bloggers have probably been far more adventurous in the kitchen than me, so I called upon them to share with me, their favourite recipes.
