I have no clue when this post will have gone up as I don’t even know when I will have finished writing it. But the fact that you are reading it means that it did get finished and it did get posted. Result.
I’m currently sat in the back of the car being driven home after the most INSANE McBusted gig. My ears are ringing and my voice doesn’t sound like me. All down to the fact that I’ve probably acted like a teenager for the last two hours. Tom Fletcher was of course as wonderful as ever. Those who follow me on Twitter will know I have a geeky crush on him and recently have no shame in admitting it. He makes me laugh and tonight he wore a black shirt. He can do no wrong. The gig was amazing and I can’t wait until the next one.
Bit sleepy now though and we lose an hour tonight too. That’s all a bit shit but nevermind. I’m just trying to think of what else this week consisted of. Bare with me I’ve still got Air Guitar buzzing round in my brain causing a major distraction.
I’ve spent a lot of the week in my limited spare time catching up on two years worth of Mr Selfridge. That’s been quite good to get my teeth stuck into. I’ll be a bit gutted when it’s over so if you can recommend me some other dramas to watch on either NOW TV or Netflix then that would be ace.
EJ and I got our Converse on this week and now both have identical pairs. He loves it when we both wear them together. I posted a picture on Instagram and it was so popular. I’ll pop it in with this week’s pictures in case you didn’t see it. I feel like I’ve all of a sudden re-found my inner passion for all things clothes related. I always liked throwing outfits together before I had the little fella but since being a Mum my creative side dwindled. I’ve been thinking about it quite a lot this week and am looking forward to adding some small bits to my wardrobe and seeing what outfits I can come up with that I wouldn’t have normally worn recently.
The husband met Gaz from Geordie Shore today. He asked him for a photo when he was pulled up alongside him in the traffic in Birmingham and he happily obliged. Apparently he’s a really nice guy. I was quite chuffed for Rob. I think he’s been secretly wanting to meet him for ages – and his car! (we’ve seen him around numerous times!) Nice little claim to fame.
While I think about it, can you let me have some Blog Tag suggestions? I fancy doing a tag post but don’t know which ones are most popular. Let me know and I can try and do one for an upcoming midweek post. Thanks in advance.
I’ve not got a huge amount left to say really. Tonight was just what the doctor ordered. A good gig totally takes you away from any stresses and strains of any problems you may have and let’s be honest, I’ve had enough of those lately. And it did just that. It was great to spend some time with my Sister too. I am going to go now though. I’m pooped and to be honest we’re lucky this post has even gone up – and in reading it back I apologise for its serious lack of content but anything is better than nothing, right?! It’s late and my bed is calling for dreams of all things Fletcher and Poynter. I’ll be back next week. Ta ra.
